Families are welcome to call the center to set up an appointment to visit, or they may stop by at any time. Our office staff will answer any questions, show families around the center and introduce them to the classroom staff, and review the enrollment paperwork.

The center must have a health record, signed by your child’s physician, giving a history of communicable disease, immunizations, and other pertinent information within 30 days of enrollment and every two years thereafter. (Special dietary needs form must be noted by a physician.) If forms are not returned within the 30 days you will risk losing your child’s spot.

The first week of tuition is to be paid at time of enrollment. Fees for the upcoming week are due by Friday of each week. Fees are based upon reserved space, not the child’s attendance. (There is no charge for children enrolled only in WV PreK.)

Tuition fees cover all hours of operation: 6:30 am – 5:30 pm. Two meals and snack served to all children at no additional cost. Supper is provided to all after school programs. Credentialed teachers offer educational infant/toddler/preschool programs with progress reports and individual portfolios. Parent’s Choice formula and all baby foods provided to infants at no additional cost. Tax statements provided to families each January.

Paying Fees

• Fees for each week are due on Monday. Make checks payable to: Early Education Station or EES.  Cash payments are accepted, but the cash must be given to someone in the office so that a receipt can be written. 
• The school’s only income is from payment of services.  Payments must be monitored closely so that the program can keep a balanced budget.  A late fee of $10.00 will be charged if no payment is made for the week of services, or a payment is made but the remaining amount due is more than 50% of the weekly tuition rate.  If the account is two weeks overdue, the school will discontinue services.
• Fees are due whether a child is present or not.  You are paying for the space your child occupies at the school.  Just as you pay rent on an apartment while on vacation, you continue to pay for your child’s space until you withdraw your child.
• A late fee of $5.00 after the first 5 minutes and $2.50 for every minute thereafter will be charged for children not picked up by closing time, except in emergencies.
