The center has 36 cameras on site that record. These cameras are located within Early Education Station classrooms, playgrounds, and parking lots.
Entrances into the center are secured with locking doors that require an assigned code for entry. All entrances are recorded.
The facility has an automatic fire system that is interconnected throughout the building.
Early Education Station has services with an alarm company that automatically contacts local fire and police services.
All staff are trained in first aid and CPR.
All staff have background checks from the Criminal Investigation Bureau and Child Protective Services.
Privacy fences enclose all of the playgrounds. Also, doors from the center onto the playgrounds have door chimes.
All doors have finger guards on them so that children’s fingers can not be accidently stuck within the doors to pinched or cut.
Early Education Station meets the criteria of the National Association for the Education of Young Children. The standards are above and beyond the State of West Virginia Child Care Regulations.
